Known as one of the premier up and coming manufactures, Commander Buildings has gone from a small regional company to a highly respected and service oriented manufacturer of pre-engineered steel buildings nationwide.

• Our modern plant houses a hard working team of engineering, sales and production personnel, who have the many years of experience in the metal building industry required to provide for all your building needs.
• Project quotation turnaround times are minimized by prompt, individualized attention. Phone, fax or email your quote request and expect a return call and written confirmation in a timely fashion.
• Custom design flexibility allows innovative structural systems to satisfy the customer’s exact needs. Projects are engineered to meet your specific state and/or local design codes.
• Anchor bolt assemblies and anchor bolt setting plans are provided for each specific project. They are shipped directly to your jobsite, permitting fast and accurate job start up.
• A complete set of erection drawings and instructions are included for each job. These assure faster and more efficient building erection.
• Purlin and girt clips are factory welded to all beams and columns to provide easy attachment of purlins and girts. This saves time and avoids confusion during the erection process.
• Hot rolled structural endwalls, without numerous field attached pieces and parts, streamline the erection process.
• Adjustable rod “x” bracing is provided to simplify the “plumbing and squaring” process.
• All primary framing connections are made using A-325 structural bolts and nuts. Design is in accordance with good engineering practices, and meets or exceeds the allowable stress provisions of the current AISC MANUAL OF STEEL CONSTRUCTION.
• Framed openings are located, pre-cut, and punched, for your specific door and windows, without the bolt heads showing on the face of jambs. Jamb extensions for attachment of overhead door hardware are also included as standard, for ease of door installation.
• Pre-formed ridge caps are standard on all buildings, providing added weather tightness.
• A complete attractive, commercial style trim package, combined with a full range of siding and roofing panels is available to assure the building has a finished and eye pleasing appearance. All fasteners for application of covering and trim have EPDM vulcanized sealing washers, which increase the weather tightness of the building.
